At Lazack Solutions, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that all services and digital products meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following terms.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available for eligible purchases made through Lazack Solutions within 72 hours (3 days) of the original transaction time.
- The refund request must include proof of payment (such as a receipt or transaction reference).
- Refunds apply only to services and digital products purchased directly from Lazack Solutions.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed or downloaded services/products that have already been used or activated.

Once your request is received and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be issued for fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
- No refunds for customized or on-demand development services once the project has started.
- Refund requests made after 72 hours from the payment time will not be considered.
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
